I am rejecting this response because the business owner is being unprofessional and not acknowledging the fact that there is no transparency about the way business is done, nor is there any regard for the lack of customer service evidenced by the incidentI was never offered a refund, only store credit after having been mistreated in the store and hassled over the phone for minutesNo customer would want to endure either fate again, which is why I requested a refund and am still hoping that the business will consider this.

We have been charging this fee for several years already. We do not post every fee we charge. It is understood that if you require a service a fee will bee charged. the option not to pay and walk out which she did not chose. To have to wait for 10 minutes to have something download from e-mail and printed is not unreasonable. She was in tissy because she was on here way to an interview. A store credit was offered which she did refuse. We ran the risk of her e-mail having a virus but she does not see from that point of view. It could have infected my back office computer.
