I would never in a million years recommend Watson's of Dayton or Scioto Valley to anyone for anythingWithin about two months of purchasing my couch (which FYI, I paid way too much money for), the thing broke
The replacement parts had to be sent "on a slow ship from China" and when they finally arrived, the could have easily been sent overnight from UPS or FedExTurns out the parts were wrong
Now today, the third time I've had someone out to repair it, well over a year after it broke, the parts have to be ordered againFOR THE THIRD TIME!!!
I am so disgusted and dissatisfied with this companyI've been waiting over a year for my couch to be fixedThey're a jokeNever buy anything from Watson's
I purchased a basketball goal for my pool at Watson's. After my dad assembled it and filled the base with water, we noticed that the base was leaking somewhere. We tried everything but could not find (nor stop) the leak. I called the service department and explained that I did not have a truck to transport this back to Watson's to exchange for a new one. The service department told me that it isn't normal for them to pick up pool accessories, but they totally did! To my surprise, they sent a serviceman to my house with a pickup truck. He took the defective goal and brought me a brand new one in the box. I appreciate the way that Watson's service went above and beyond what is customary. I will continue to be a loyal customer for all of my pool needs. Thank you Watson's!
