Purchased a ebike, bike went down hill about after a month and half! broke 2 different other times, now it won't start and the owner won't pay for the shipping for a refund! ripped off almost 2 grand!! stay away!

I am a little confused. *** has been offered a full refund of his cash purchase. He just has to bring it back to where he bought it from. He seems to feel I should send him the refund so he can pay to have my merchandise shipped back to me
This is not a possible solution.
If he packs the bike properly and provide s size and weight I can send him shipping label.
No refund given until merchandise is returned without damage.
Option 2
He bought the bike in Sparks, he needs to bring it back for his money which is ready and waiting
Please mail me a box to where I live in San Diego.. with the required shipping requirements (correct padding). So I can easily package it, so there is no damage to the bike. You know exactly how much the bike weighs with the box, send me the box like you were going to ship the bike to me, along with the shipping label.
