Had a brand new a/c unit installed last fallNever used until this summerFound it wasn't cooling my houseCalled for service, young cocky, rude service technician arrived, told him my issueHe stated everything was fine no issues, I don't know what to tell you, best of luck he saidI called back requested someone else as I knew something wasn't rightA more knowledgeable experienced technician arrived, found a hole in the coil when originally installed, he was great!!! But never received an apology from the company for sending an incompetent service technician who wasted my time
Furnace went outWe called and told them that it was out and what we thought the problem was Service man came out with no parts on truck to fix problem Charged $and left saying he would call the next morning with an estimate of how much the part would be Found out the part would be $from an online source Next day spoke to service man he quoted $Plus tax for labor and material This job would take less than an hour We told him
No thank you and told him we were displeased at having to pay a service fee for him to come look at the furnace for minutes
