Customer purchased the item on Friday, 2/12/16 and we issued refund on same day.  Since we could not fulfill Customer's order for [redacted] liquid plaint food.  Please see attached receipt.  Please keep in mind that in order for credit to go through to Customer's account it takes...

couple of days to process.  Hence Customer seeing the credit on her account on 2/16/16.This particular items, [redacted] liquid plant food, were items that were sold by us and the order fulfilled by third party warehouse.  We are unsure why [redacted] liquid plant foods are banned for sale in PA in warehouse database. However, if item is banned in a certain state, warehouse will not ship the item to that particular state. We do not have control over warehouse database and we must comply with their policy.as stated in corresponding emails to Customer, we have removed these particular items, [redacted] liquid plant food, from our website listing on 2/20/16.  Please see attached showing search result for [redacted] on our website.  You will see that we only have listing for dry fertilizer  not the liquid kind that Customer ordered.  New [redacted] Adwords feed was submitted on 2/20/16, excluding listing for [redacted] liquid plant foods. We made changes on 2/20/16 because we were waiting for warehouse's final response on items.We feel that we addressed Customer's complaint as Customer requested settlement on this complaint. We have discontinued selling and advertizing [redacted] liquid plant foods on our website and on [redacted] Adwords as 2/20/16.  If you have any questions about this complaint please contact me.Sincerely,Don S**
