Review: We paid for an auction item that the auctioneer failed to ship. We wound up paying for the item, as well as paying upfront costs for shipping, twice.Desired Settlement: We would like the invoice price of $12.50, the initial shipping charge of $32.91, and the secondary shipping charges of $6.95, refunded to us. (We are seeking a refund total of $52.36.)
