Mid Jersey Fencing

Mid Jersey Fence Co was hired in April 2013 to replace some damaged areas of a wood fence around my yard and to add new fencing in 2 areas that didn't have fencing originally. They did the job around June 24th and before the 2 workers left I informed them that they didn't add the correct amount of additional fencing. They first basically said they are just labor and I'd have to call the company then one of the workers called the company and talked to someone about it and was asking the person on the phone about how much fencing was ordered for my job. The worker rattled off some numbers to me that equaled 156 feet. Then he hung up the phone and said I'd have to call the company. later I measured how much fencing they installed and realized that it only came to 83 feet. Then I figured out how many feet I would have to get to reach the area that they should have fenced up to. I would have needed 113 feet total. The written estimate I got is for 133 feet of fencing and that would be beyound where I wanted the fencing to stop. Also from what the worker told me when he was on the phone there was 156 feet of fencing ordered for my job. My concerns are:

1. I left 3 messages with a women at the number on my estimate to have [redacted] (owner) call me to talk about the issue. I told her on the 3rd call that if he didn't get back with me I would call the Revdex.com. He

never called me back and so the job has never been completed

2. The amount of fencing they installed is less than what is on my written estimate. Even if they install the fencing to where they should have it would still be less feet than what is on the estimate. I'm also concerned about the fact

that one of the workiers said that 156 feet was ordered for meDesired Settlement: I paid the company for half the job when they started the work. The women on the phone told me that they will not apply the other half until this is resolved but since no one will call me back it may never be resolved. I feel like the contract has been left open and I would like to talk to the owner [redacted]) to conclude the contract. Since the estimate was for 133 feet of fencing I think they did more than half of the work. However I don't want them to finish the job for me and I don't want to pay any additional money considering the circumstances. I just want to know that the contract is closed and be assured that they will not charge anything else to my card.
