I am rejecting this response because: I've spoken to other members of the community, and many of them had similar incidents with this phony so-called place of business. No matter what you do they refuse to resolve anything, unless...
legal action is threatened because they know they are in the wrong. I'm done with the matter because they are unprofessional and unfair. I have already received my refund from their bank via my bank. I have already vowed not to patronize this sham of a business again, and several of my associates have agreed to do the same. Close the case and I hope their business fails miserably.
