I am submitting the original estimate that Alpha Roofing Solutions sent me for the statement of work and the other attachment is the invoice they sent to me after the work was "completed." They were to inspect the wood for rotted plywood and replaced 1 piece at $60, yet the extent of the damage was...

far more extensive (and Alpha has been unable to show me where they replaced the 1 piece of plywood decking). Yet, the insulation and plywood decking is rotted as I described and I have dealt with trying to get Alpha to repair and fix the issues previously as I had complained about the ponding of water, yet at this juncture and due to the course of dealings with him I now only want a refund as I have to commission someone else to properly replace my roof with replacing the plywood decking. Alpha has recently stated they would sue me for defamation and loss of business based on my Revdex.com and [redacted] complaints in addition to filing for bankruptcy if I did not withdraw my complaints, yet I have tried to be flexible even and offer a payment plan for a refund of this work as they basically put a band-aid over the problem. I would like an amicable resolution and just to get my money back for this work as it was clearly not done properly nor inspected properly from the onset.
