I can't even give these people 1 star. I'd give actual jailers in blue earth county mn 5 stars for excellence on their professionalism. Ur urine samples I'd say are defidently tampered with along with their hair follicle tests which they take so much of ur hair they are looking for a false positive for what ever the county agency wants that positive to be so cps 4 sure they are in cahoots w/ MD mn drug facilitators and im not crazy they will be exposed cuz the messed with the wrong tests! Mine I dont so meth never have but weed yes and my kids are in question and keep in mind I also have no legal troubles or pending charges just cps taking false allegations And judging me when they just got a job to do not judge.
I say that because I immediatly went to central lakes drug testing and paid for my own court ordered non tampered with test and for mid mn drug hair follicle came up super low low levels of meth and I my test from central lakes came back a non contact positive with thc.. and negative on the meth along with 2 separate urine samples thc central lakes and meth again came back from MD mn drug testers which I'd accept the THC test because I was around people with legit medical cards from cancer who smoked the oil from their prescriptions not gonna lie I took a hit myself of the thc but Man I swear they took so much hair someone coulda been smoking meth in a gas station bathroom which all gas station bathrooms I guarantee have meth residue all over even in the air. So if u want a correct test of anything done with professionalism I'd Def give central lakes drug testing 5 stars and if ur on the tree line or color wheel if u can afford it go to central lakes and get the test done that won't be manipulated by the county workers and the facilitators at mid mn the central lakes for accurate and non tampered with results. Because I've never touched meth in my life.
It is unfortunate, after years in business, that it is necessary for to respond to this complaint or any complaintI take this very, very seriouslyWe have NEVER had oneWithout divulging client confidentiality it was necessary for Mr [redacted] to "self pay" for his test per his employerWe do accept corporate checks for established clients but do not except them from self pay employeesIn the past, when we did accept checks from self pay employees, it created issues with for us as well as the Company waiting for a resultWe could not forward the result without payment.When Mr [redacted] came into test there was some confusion as to what type of test we would be running on himWe did not know he was comingIt was necessary to make a few phone callsIt did take some time, but again, that was out of our handsThe staff member who helped Mr [redacted] is an Assistant Manager and is certified by not only different labs but also with the Department of TransportationShe is as competent as they comeIn regards to the "unsanitary conditions" that Mr [redacted] suggested, the Department of Transportation requires that all water sources be turned off in the testing bathroomWe offer hand sanitizer and sanitary hand wipes before and after a client provides a sample.Mr [redacted] did have an instant test done, per his employer, but due to circumstances required by the lab and the analyzer it was necessary to send the sample in to the lab for further testingThe lab and or analyzer dictates that decision and not the employer or the staffI did call Mr [redacted] to discuss his complaintWe will not be issuing a refundSincerely Gerri BOwner
