We hired [redacted] and she was nothing but rude to usWe had already paid so we dealt with thisHer assistant would take weeks to email me back and no one would ever call me and they would never answer the phone when I calledI told her if she could file my case one way, I would hire herShe didn't file that wayAnd never told me she changed itWhen I requested a refund of my fees for not following my requestShe got angry and left nasty vmail messages and cussed at me in emailI explained and had the emails to back up what I had hired her forShe then said I no longer want to represent you because you are being hostileNo where in the emails am I hostile, I only ask for my money back to that I can either deal with the issue myself or hire different layerI told her multiple times if she would not refund the money my only option was to keep herThe firm is a scam and they are scammer who steal people's money
