We have received your correspondence regarding a complaint filed by [redacted] .We inspected her vehicle when she brought it back Our feeling is that the minor scratches were not done at our facility, nor was the scratch on the windshield The scratch on the windshield itself would have taken strong pressure to produce, and that would not have happened by an ordinary car washing.As the customer mentioned, we do many car washes per day, and have not had a problem with other vehicles being damaged Our detail personnel have experience, and would know how to properly wash a vehicle

I found out the previous car owner checked the box on the paperwork that the vehicle had no prior wrecks or damageApparently the dealership didn’t know the vehicle have been wreckedI still don’t feel this is right that they didn’t check the car out when they got itThey didn’t run a car fax or
