I am rejecting this response because:
To me, a proper response would be to pick up the phone, apologize for the confusion, and offer solutions. To date that has not happened which is unfortunate. The only thing we seem to agree on is that phone calls and emails are easy to verify. I have attached four documents. The first is a usage report from my cell phone provider. I have highlighted two calls to Mid Mo Inspectors on April 22. The second document is the second email I sent to Mid Mo Inspectors. The first correspondence from Mid MO Inspectors since receiving our money was on Facebook. The text from that exchange can be found in the third document I have added entitled Email 2. Lastly I added the invoice which I'll reference below. I tried to add the receipt I received but this format only allows me to add four documents. Besides, whether I paid is not in dispute. Here is the timeline as I see it: April - 1:- I called Mid Mo Home Inspectors and scheduled an appointment for Wednesday April at 1:00pm. If needed I also have a record of this call. April - 1:16am - I receive an invoice from Mid MO Inspectors stating that my payment was due on 4/12/2016. April - 1:00pm - I met *** at my residence and gave him access to my property to perform the inspection. I was told he is typically able to provide reports within hours. April - 4:19pm - Having met *** at my house, and hoping to expedite the report, I reluctantly paid for the report prior to receiving a copy. April - I called, left a message, and emailed Mid Mo Inspectors to check on the status of their Inspection report. Admittedly I do not have documentation of this as I was not terribly concerned at this time. The call was made from a land line at work and I did not save the sent email. April - 10:52am - I called and left a message for Mid Mo Home Inspectors(see attached)April - 10: 58am - I emailed Mid Mo Home InspectorsThis time I cc'd my personal email account. (see attached) April - 6:00pm - I called and left a second message for Mid Mo Home Inspectors. (see attached)April - At this point we still had not received our report nor had we heard from this vendor therefore my wife made a post on Facebook. And THEN we get a response(see attached)Ingenuous? Really?! I look forward to reviewing the documentation Mid MO Inspectors has to support their position that NO calls were made and NO emails were received. Furthermore, this vendor misstates my goal. My goal is to use the tools at my disposal to inform perspective customers of this company.
As it stands, I have received an email from PayPal that Mid MO Inspectors has returned my payment of $That money has yet to arrive in my account However, I do feel it is my duty to share my unfavorable experience with this company with the Revdex.com
