I have reviewed the response offer made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below
I don't feel that Mid-Mountain practice honest business practicesThis is a proven fact in the treatment I have received from them in the pastIf they were an honest or reliable company I would not be in the position I find myself today. I don't feel that *** or the subcontractor mid mountain would not cut corners or lie to do a job on the cheap. I feel that they, both Mid-Mountain and *** would fleece customers any way they can. So I feel that I should have an honest reliable company fix what they tried to cover up

In response to the *** complaint, this is currently under negotiation and I have been informed that I am not allowed back on the *** property to correct any problems; which is confirmed by Mrs*** in her complaint. In the past we have addressed any complaint Mrs*** had and endured

Review: A heating system was purchased from [redacted] who then sub-contracted the job to Mid- Mt. heating and cooling to install said unit. The job was completed on the cheap, no permits obtained and shoddy workmanship. For 2 years I made phone cal after phone call trying to get [redacted] and Mid- Mt. to do the job right and was told I was dumb, knew nothing about the system and I needed to cut 3-4 inches off the doors in my home for air flow... The water and condensation was normal. this went on for 2 years. Other heating and cooling companies would not even come for a maintenance call once I mentioned Mid-Mt. as the installer.Desired Settlement: I want the unit replaced by the installer of my choice. I feel this company and [redacted] are not to be trusted to do the job with cutting corners as they did the first time around...
