My company never failed to show up we were always in Contact with the owner and was update with ours task, all equipment has been installed and client stated he would edit his unfair complain against my company

I was very dissatisfied with the job that was done on my home by the owner's brother and his crew after paying half of the agreed amount. Called the owner to come assess the situation on three different occasions and he refused. He requested pictures which was sent and stated that the pictures only show minor issues and his brother would handle it. I explained that they were not minor issues and again he refused to assess the situation himself. He stated that he did not do this type of work anymore. The following issues were found:
1. There was air escaping from the connection between the condenser and furnace.
2. They left holes in my ceiling
3. One of the ducts was only sealed with glue and not screwed down so less than 30 days later, the duct disconnected, therefore there was no heat going into one of the rooms
4. They did not line the filter and there was wood pieces and dirt on my bathroom counter from the bathroom vent
5. Placed holes in my roof that was unnecessary
I was willing to give the company a chance to rectify the issue. My husband waited one day from 9am-11:30 and they never showed up. In return, I informed the owner that I will be contacting another company to do an assessment of what's wrong. The owner has been harassing and sending threaten emails demanding full payment. The owner even called my place of employment to speak with my supervisor. I would not recommend this company to anyone. They are unprofessional in every manner and takes advantage of people
