In response to Complaint ID [redacted] .The customer purchased a Ford Ranger on March 11,This vehicle was purchased withno warranty expressed or impliedThe vehicle was purchased using in house financing (buy-here pay-here).Around August of the customer informed me that he was told that the frame of his truck wasrusted and unsafeWe promptly set up an appointment for the customer to drop his truck off forinspectionThe vehicle was inspected by an off premise, independent repair facilityAfter inspectionwe were advised that the vehicle was in safe working conditionWe shared the results with thecustomer, and he was not satisfiedSeeing as how customer satisfaction is among our top priorities, weoffered to nullify his contract at its current state and value with return of the vehicleThe customerdeclined this good faithThe customer has not made a payment since August 5, 2015.On January 11, 2016, the customer left the rear bumper of his truck at the front door to our officeHeentered the office to advise me that when he received his tax return he would be suingHe alsothreatened me by stating that he "better not catch me broke down"Upon his departure, he did a"burn out", allowing his tires to project chunks of ice and other debris towards the office door andwindow.As a side notePayments to date are in the amount of $2545.00, not $as was stated by thecustomer.Included are copies of the customers contract, document, and payment history

told that the frame of his truck wasrusted and unsafe. We promptly set up an appointment for the customer to drop his truck off forinspection. The vehicle was inspected by an off premise, independent repair facility. After inspectionwe were advised that the vehicle was in safe working condition. We shared the results with thecustomer, and he was not satisfied. Seeing as how customer satisfaction is among our top priorities, weoffered to nullify his contract at its current state and value with return of the vehicle. The customerdeclined this good faith.
