to anyoneOnce theyknow, they are supposed to give that information directly to the accountant *** *** in a timelymannerAt no point in time is Dr*** directly responsible for giving refunds as this is donethrough Mid Ohio Surgery Center.In the matter of *** ***, the accountant *** *** only just recently received the informationregarding his refundHe had not received several emails regarding this refund and we are verydisappointed to hear that *** *** *** is falsifying information to patients hurting our reputation.This is being investigatedMr***' refund had already been mailed to him prior to the date of yourletterAs far as any further compensation, the patient should address this with *** *** *** as itwas their negligence which caused any delayI do hope that this resolves any questions regarding this caseThank You,*** ** *** *** *** *** *** ***
