In an attempt to resolve this issue I have sent text message to the complainant *** *** *** *** and have heard nothing back. I explained in yrsof doing business I have never had a complaint against me. I went on to explain that the contract specifies that payments are to
be made after work is in place. I sent a bill for $2,to cover the install of their AC unit and kitchen. There would then be a remaining balance of $1, to be paid at the end of the project after some decorative lattice was installed around the AC unit, a shower door installed, which was previously purchased, and some minor finish and repair workThe dollar value of this work is approximately $1,Because there were delays beyond my control in getting inspections from the township as well as from the kitchen cabinet company I gave the *** a $credit on the AC cental air system and another credit on their countertopsInstead of charging $I sent a bill for $2,payable now with $1,due upon the completion of minor itemsI explained I felt the project turned out really nice and I was proud of what we accomplished together. I would still like to finish the job to their satisfaction but need the agreed upon $2,to finishWe have completed all the work except for the minor things listed aboveUpon completion of those minor items the balance of $1,would be due.
