Initial Business Response / [redacted] (1000, 18, 2015/09/22) */ Well I do agree with her there were several boards that were bad and the nails were sticking out we did get a call from channel newsI went out and meet with her husband and did a walk around there were boards that needed to be changed out a few 2x4s and kickboardThe people from channel had requested that I be there at 3:PMSo they could meet with me and make sure the fence was taken care of which went entirely too farI did show up as asked by channel news, I actually showed up about minutes prior and did in fact change everything her husband and I had discussed, she was never there nor did she ask to be there, in fact you would think since she was the one asking and yelling at me that she would make it a point to be thereI did receive a few phone calls from [redacted] after the fact of her leaving me a voice-mail that she was going to call everyone in Congress in(Revdex.com, chamber of commerce, the mayor, the Council people) , and the list kept going on and on that she was an unhappy woman, I would have tried to fix everything she needed prior to her going on this tangentAgain I did fix what she needed and channel never showed up but there was a follow up call to ask if I had fixed the fence as promised and I responded yesShe has since then not gotten the response from channel so she figures she can go rattle some more cages, to whom will be partial to herIn other words yes the fence needed several boards to be taken out and replaced and I did so, I cleared this with her husband, the work was completed and she still isn't happy, and since she hasn't gotten the response she was looking for from channel she has posted bad reviews about them as well, I can honestly say that as far as I'm concerned the job was done, she had an issue with some boards and I agreed and removed them and I'd the nessasary repairs, and now she's looking for something that I have nothing to do with Initial Consumer Rebuttal / [redacted] (3000, 20, 2015/09/24) */ (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) out a few 2x4s and 1 kickboard. The people from channel 7 had requested that I be there at 3:00 P. M. So they could meet with me and make sure the fence was taken care of which went entirely too far. I did show up as asked by channel 7 news, I actually showed up about 18 minutes prior and did in fact change everything her husband and I had discussed, she was never there nor did she ask to be there, in fact you would think since she was the one asking and yelling at me that she would make it a point to be there. There is still one section of fence that is extremely wobbly. I brought this to his workers attention. He was never present when I was there. They spoke to him about this section of fence in my presence. They left shortly after, never to return.
Also I want a copy of the paid invoice that itemizes work done. Nothing was ever signed by me or my husband saying we approved work completed. How does this business pay taxes if they don't produce invoices?
I did in fact post to YELP warning others. Sadly others have been taken advantage of by this business owner since my posting. I am not stooping to his level of banter. I simply want the section fixed and a copy of my paid invoices.
