Mr *** did purchase refrigerator and call on those dates but what he was told it is degrees out side had been since he had the
refrigerator he said it was degrees in freezer and in refrigerator compartment I explained to him since he did not have air conditioning temperatures would probably be a little higher than it was supposed to cool off a little closer to temperatures outside in the next couple of days and if temperatures didn't improve call me back and we would be happy to look at it for him he hung up on me and we didn't here anything till August 20th when I reci this letter days later if there is a problem I can't fix it if I don't know about it not really sure why he called Revdex.com before calling us or what he wants at this point ?
