Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I am rejecting this response only because this is a professional car lot ??with over a million dollars worth in inventory why can't they just give me my money just like I gave them the money it's nothard I have gave them the vehicle back in the title back why is it hard for me to get my money back they are trying to sell the car to someone else and then give me my money back that's not right this business has the money to pay me my money they have recognized that it was in the legal sell so why not expedite the situation and pay me my money I have a family I need my money now Sincerely, Erion [redacted]

We have met with Mr [redacted] and I have already taken the car back and we are waiting for a correction for the titleOnce we get the new title we will refund Mr [redacted] the moneyHe is aware of this If he has any questions feel free to call me at [redacted]

We give a day 1,power train warranty. He was very happy when he drove it out. He said the check engine light came on so we had him bring it back and we corrected it. The check engine light could be able multiple issues. We corrected this. As far as the emissions,
whenever that is fixed, it has to be driven 40-miles for the computer to kick back in. He called two days ago to tell us it was at *** *** His extended warranty is a $deductible except for check out charges and he was not happy he had to pay that. His warranty is covering everything except for that check out charge which is the customer’s responsibility. It is called ASC warranty. He signed the contract on this warranty that he would be responsible. We bent over backwards to help him

Mr*** called and said that Mid Rivers Motors received the title back and refunded the customer their money
