Mid-South Best Rentals,has poor Repair Service.I've been having draininage problems since last week.When I wash,it drains into the tub.We aren't able to take a bath or nothing.I called early this morning the plumber still hasn't got here.8 very Pissed off,because Whoever John is at the repair office doesn't seem to care about how we living at this property.Need some immediate assistance at 4063 Meadow dr.

Security deposit from rental agreement withheld with no proper cause. My sister and I moved out of 1617 Butterworth Rd on March 18, 2016. Two weeks later we notice that new tenants had moved in. On April 20th I called Midsouth Best Rentals and they informed me that the video they received of inside the house was blurry, so they couldn't tell if there were damages but I still should get my deposit back. I waited another two weeks, called back between 9th-13th of May and know one would talk to me because it wasn't Wednesday. I called back on May 18th and was told they had to look into. I called back on May 25th, was told the security deposit had been issued but if I hadn't received it call back on Tuesday May 31st. Once again I waited and called back June 3rd and know one would talk to me. June 8th my sister(AW) went to Midsouth Best Rentals and they told her that the security deposit wasn't handle at the Central Ave location, even though that's where we been calling. That's when we knew, Midsouth Best Rentals were playing with our money and that they had no intention on giving us our security deposit back.Desired SettlementI am looking for my security deposit to be return in full. Business Response We have offered our apologies for the deposit not getting to the tenant. It was mailed to the confirmed address the tenant have us and we have informed the tenant on June 22, 2016 that we were checking with our bank records to see if the check has cleared and if we need to reissue the check. At no time have we refused to refund the tenants deposit. The dates reported by the tenant are convoluted however, we are understanding of the frustration and will be returning the deposit today and cancelling the check previously issued and will allow them to come to the office to pick it up. We can not control the US Postal service and did not hear back from the tenant that the check had not been received for three weeks.Thank you for the opportunity to allow us to explain the entirety of the situation.Consumer Response (The consumer indicated he/she ACCEPTED the response from the business.)
