Review: Mid South Developers elevated completed elevation on y home in Nov. 2013. Around latter part of December 2013 and early part of January 2014 my home started breaking. The garage ramp is splitting in two and the sidewalks are breaking into pieces. My living room is cracking all around. My porch is splitting in two halves. I have sent pictures to MId South Developer owner [redacted] and he came to see the house in early November 2014, and told me that he would send someone to repair it. No one has come and when I call or text him, he ignores me. This has been going on too long and I am afraid my home is going to collapse. I need help.Desired Settlement: I would like for MId South Developers to keep the agreement and repair my home. Repair the garage ramp, sidewalks, and my living room. My porch is splitting in half and he says ,"oh nothing will happen to it because its on a good foundation." After a while we will not be able to walk on it or sit on it. I only want it repaired and done right.
