There is no hot water, several electrical codes, water leak, and mold inside the rental property which is presenting several health issues These issues have been going on since April 28, 2015. We paid 2800 dollars in advance and the leasing company is in breach of contract. Refusing to make the necessary repairs and return our money in a timely manner.
