COMPLAINT REGARDING BLINGIn October of 2014, I had a visit to the Desoto county [redacted], where I was refereed by my family MD to do an x ray I have provided to them my insurance information and I provided them with my insurance card ...waited and everything came verified with [redacted] where I have and still have my insurance.few weeks later I get a bill from them for 42$I responded back with a copy of my insurance card info and provided my coverage information details.for some reason,I am yet to understand , they sent the bill to collection agency to whom I provided the same info and I aksed them to submit a claim to my insurance.then they went back and reported me to a credit bureau as if I am trying not to pay 42 dollars I do not understand those people and yet trying to clear my historyI need help getting someone from this place to help me understand why are they doing so????PLEASE HELP THEY ARE RUINING MY CREDIT FOR 42$Desired SettlementI am looking how we can sort this 42 dollars issue out and pulling this from credit reporting against my credit ASAP..WHY ARE THEY NOT BILLING MY INSURANCE where I have given them the information over and overand if my insurance is not paying , then they need to call me and explain what is going onBusiness Response August 2, 2015Revdex.com[redacted] XXXXXATTN: [redacted]Dispute Resolution CoordinatorRE: Case # [redacted]- Balance $42.00Dear Ms. [redacted]:I am responding to a letter addressed to [redacted] White.Two things…first, Ms [redacted] has not been employed at this company for over eight years. Please fell free to update you files with the information provided in this letter to ensure timely responses in the event you need to reach at a later date.In reference to the above case matter the details of Ms. [redacted] concerns are addressed below: Visit confirmed for October 2014, insurance filed with [redacted] MS, provided by [redacted], Desoto MS on 10/29/14. The claim was denied 11/14/14, “Patient cannot be identified”, statement mailed to patient with the denial information on December 22, 2014. We re-submitted the claim to [redacted] but unfortunately the claim denied for “timely filing”.The account went through the billing channels and was subsequently written off to collections for non-payment. I contacted the collection agency. The agency stated they have had no communication from the patient after several attempted phone calls and statements. Perhaps a telephone call from the patient would have cleared the matter up!As a courtesy to the patient we have removed the account from collections and have requested that the derogatory information be removed from her credit report.
