Mid-South Renovations

The work done by Mid South Renovations was unprofessional and not finished. Would not recommend this company to no one.The work done by Mid South Renovations was not done correctly. He said that the job would be finished within 8 days and instead it was 8 weeks. The title floors in both the bathroom & kitchen was not finished with the seal covering. The back hall and the master bedroom wood floors is not level and the whole floor keeps up loud noises as you walk, your feet can feel where the holes underneath the wood are. The living room and dinning room has 2 different types of Polyurethane, semi gloss and clear. In which you can tell different sections of the floor has the difference. Mr. Michael [redacted] was given a chance to correct the issues when Pryority Inspections came out to inspect his work. He came out 2 days later to hang the door that was left off. Level a section in the living area and he loosen the back door sweeper. Since then he has text and has given reason why he couldn't come after we have cleared and made time for him. Mr. [redacted] was to busy doing work for the City of Memphis transit instead of doing a professional job that he was paid for. Desired SettlementWe really would like the seal on the title to be placed down so that the route want come up in the bathroom and kitchen. We are asking that the Polyurethane be taken up in the living and dinning room area and but put down correctly. Asking that he take up the hall and master bed room floors and fix it correctly, that we don't hear it cracking with every step, and fix holes underneath the wood. Stand up to your word that the customer is completely satisfied.
