AquaGuard was superior from initial inspection, contract, scheduling, and project completionBart Moore assisted me on the front-end, providing referrals and answered any concerns during the decision making process Could not of had a better team of gents complete the two day crawl space encapsulation project.....Ryan R*** (foreman) along with Ivan (aka "A-Team") were both very professional, detailed, and hard working from the start The entire experience with AquaGuard was positive Highly recommend this team of professionalsEasy to see how they are recognized as a business with high ethics!
Our overall experience with AquaGuard was excellent. Everyone I dealt with was positive,nice and went above and beyond. From Eric B[redacted] going through exactly what our options were to Catherine scheduling and making everything work to Chris P[redacted] and his team at our house. I could not be more pleased and I look forward to a nice DRY basement! Thank you AquaGuard. :)
After having a horrible experience with another company, we hired AquaGuard to re-do a drainage/erosion control project in our yard in October. Mike, Paul and their team were extremely patient and cooperative with us. I know that I was high maintenance after being burned by the previous company, they were very kind in dealing with me. Their work crew did a wonderful job leaving the site nice & neat, you could barely tell any work was done. They were extremely respectful of our home and treated it as their own. They worked with us as a team and returned several times to fine tune the project until it was perfect. I can't thank them enough for ALL that they did for us. It is such a comfort not to panic every time we get a heavy rain. There is also quite a bit of comfort in knowing that if anything does go wrong, I can count on them to step up and take care of us. I HIGHLY recommend AquaGuard and we have several other projects lined up for them in the near future. Thank you Mike & Paul!!!
Stephen D[redacted] and his crew were awesome! They performed a very high quality and meticulous job on our basement encapsulation. They were very professional and polite throughout the whole install. They even stayed until midnight on a Friday to make sure they got the job done that day. Needless to stay they didn't have to do that, and they even took extra measures to make sure they did not wake up my wife or 1-year old who had gone to bed. Couldn't be happier with the install process and the musty smell that had been coming from our crawl space was gone within hours. Will not hesitate to recommend Aquaguard and specifically Stephen to friends and family!
I paid for custom revolver grips from this company online. What was shipped to me was 2 mismatched subpar grips that did not fit my weapon. I called and asked for a refund and return label. The person who attended the call said to write a letter requesting that in the return and they would honor it. I sent it back with the letter, and they issued me a partial refund without any of my shipping returned to me. I called again and asked what had happened with my refund. The owner was extremely rude, he told me "well it fits my revolver so I have cancelled your order and you get what your money back" I asked what about my shipping for the faulty product. and he said not gonna happen. Do not buy from this [redacted]. He is rude and sells defective products. Zero Clas
