Thank you for contacting us in regards to our customer, Ms [redacted] at [redacted] who booked a room at The Villa on Mt Tabor, a lodging establishment of 23 years.
Ms [redacted]'s reservation was...

for $176.17 and held for her arrival. It included a strict Cancellation Policy in exchange forlower nightly price. Ms [redacted] requested a last minute cancellation that was denied. She then became rude and abusive overthe telephone. We issued her a House Rule violation warning. (see Booking.com message stream.)
12-8-2016: Ms [redacted] requested a cancellation (see RESERVATION CONTRACT Booking.com messages)
12-9-2016: The Villa responded "Guest can cancel, but we'll charge all fees"12-9-2016: The Villa responded" ... The Cancellation Policy is printed on the reservation contract and was booked on theBooking.com website platform. We acknowledge your request to cancel or modify your reservation itinerary. Unfortunately wecannot make changes last minute, as you are scheduled to arrive tomorrow. We have been holding your room, turning otherprospective guests away."
12-10-2016: [redacted] rescheduled her arrival time on 4 occasions. The resident manager was onsite 10am to 1145pmon the date of 12-10-2016 and Ms [redacted] did not intend on staying.
1) Please view the attached Reservation Contract with Booking.com messages (2 pages) and Cancellation Policy.
2) Please view the attached Cancellation Policy stated on the Reservation Contract and as below.CANCELLATION POLICY:
"Applicable Cancellation Policy:If cancelled or modified up to 60 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged"
3) Please view the 3 Time and Date stamped photos of Ms [redacted]s' empty villa. Her room was vacant during her missedreservation.
We documented everything with time dated photos because we knew Ms [redacted] was trying to get out of the reservation.Please do not hesitate to email our office if you have any further questions. Thank you for your time and have a wonderful day.
