I am rejecting this response because:
I have not received a chech for my refund yet!!!! When I purchased the freezer they had their money right away, and it has taken me over a month and still can't get my money back! I do not have my money so I can buy my freezers and get my product in!! This is so so inconvenient!!

Alamo is currently working directly with the customer to resolve all issues. We have an open dialog and have contacted her many times. At this time we feel the customer is satisfied with our efforts.
