Hi [redacted], In response to this complaint we have replaced every component in the Central air system that we installed 10 years ago, in warranty, even though the system was out of warranty. We can come to any resolution with the customer.
Review: Ongoing issues with compressor and condensing unit. Leaking freon. Central air is not working, no cold air just forced air. Had these issues for other 2 years and now the owner has not retuned call since last fall.Desired Settlement: Fix the problem. Replace unit or make it work and provide me with all appropriate receipts and work orders. Customer service is poor. Not returning any calls since last fall.
