I brought my new Audi Afor a complete wash after a trip to Texas on 8/23/ They sprayed acid on the car to remove the bugs from the rear view mirrors and ended up damaging all the aluminum trim around the car as well as the plastic black trimThe bill to repair all this damage is over $I have tried to get this resolved since and spoken to the Manager who keeps passing the buck to the owner Mr [redacted] who seems to be too busy to return my calls and get this resolvedAt this point I am going to file a claim on my insurance and give them a copy of the report the Manager at the carwash (Martin) wrote and take them to court if necessaryTo add insult to injury I still had to pay for the carwash! Avoid this place at all cost!!!
