Do not use Mid State Pools & Spas. Mid State Pools & Spas of Dublin serviced our pool at a home, we no longer lived in. They had to unlock our fence to get into our backyard and left our water hose turned on for a week, before we noticed. Our water bill went from $35 to $397. I mailed them two letters telling them and that no one else has access to our backyard and we were rudely spoken to. I mailed Mid state a copy of our water bill. Not only will they not pay us, they are asking for an additional $123 for horrible service after we gave them $600. Do not use this company, many friends have used them and been very disappointed. We have paid used them for years and been continually disappointed by their unprofessionalism, but in Dublin, we didn't have other companies until recently.
