Mid State Refrigeration

My experience was so wonderful with this company that I no longer feel the need for a home warranty. It seems like all I do is go in circles with my home warranty and the companies they send to do my service calls. I finally was authorized to use a company of my choice for a second opinion and I chose Mid State because they came highly recommended. I'm so glad I did because this company does the job right the first time. The technicians are extremely knowledgeable, professional and helpful. I will recommend this company to everyone I know. Also, the lady in the office is just as sweet as can be.

The service man was very nice and very knowledgeable. He did a very thorough job. Even went the extra mile to check all of my air conditioning system. The price was very reasonable. A lot less than I thought it would be!

And they came exactly when they said they would. I highly recommend this business.

Mid State Refrigeration did a great job and saved me lots of money. I called them to get a second opinion on some repairs to our Trane system. Another area company had given us a quote of over $1500 in work and materials for a job that Mid State did at less than half the price. [redacted] was our service rep and he was friendly, professional, and helpful. He also got the work done quickly. A specific kit we needed was going to take a week to acquire by the other company but was acquired in just 24 hours by Mid State. I would highly recommend this company. It has now been a month since the work was done and our Trane is working great!
