On 01/or 4/2016, I took my Kia Optima to this dealer because there was a roaring noise and I was told I had to have the timing chain replaced and I paid $I picked up the car on 01/08/On 01/09/16, I took the car back because it was still making the same roaring noiseThe car is just sitting there and they have done nothing to fix it
Mr. [redacted] brought his car to the shop. It needed a timing chain, so we put it in and told him he needs the gears, etc. needed with it. We did this for him and the bill was $524, which he still owes about $200 on. He brought the car back saying it was making a vibration. This...
vibration wasn’t why he originally brought the car in. We put a new harmonic balancer on there at no cost to help him out, and it didn’t solve the whole problem. If he were to pay the remaining balance on his bill, we would be willing to look further into the issue for him, but we do not just do work for free.
