While my experience getting my roof repaired in a timely manner at the agreed upon price was handled well and the work was excellent, the two salesmen, [redacted] and [redacted] were a couple of lying used car salesmen types (maybe worse than used car salesmen) who would tell me anything to close the sale. I had a leaky gutter that they said was simple enough to repair that they would do it themselves at no charge. The first attempt made it worse. The second attempt was on the day they picked up their final insurance check for the roofing job. A few days later, on December 16, 2015,it rained again and the gutter was still leaking. I contacted [redacted], who promised to take care of it. I even offered to pay for the work if necessary, since it wasn't part of the written agreement. He sent me a text three days later, saying they would do it the next time they were in the neighborhood. I doubted that would happen, since he didn't seem trustworthy. Shortly after that, he was at my next door neighbor's house picking up a check and never bothered to knock on my door. I have since had the work done by another company.

In conclusion, I recommend Mid-Tenn for the quality of the roof replacement, but I urge you to stay away from [redacted] and [redacted]

We absolutely love our new BetterLiving sunroom! The workmanship is excellent. It is our new favorite place to be in the house. It brings all the beautiful outdoors inside for us - no wind, no bugs!

The experience of working with Mid-Tenn Exteriors was a pleasant and productive one. They did the job in two days, cleaned up perfectly, and left us with a beautiful new room. They have a 50-year warranty, too.
