Company installed a new roof but it leaked and caused damage to my house. Company repaired roof but refuses to repair damages caused by the leak.
In October, 2014 I selected and hired this company (from a list or preferred companies from my insurance company) to replace my roof which had storm damage. The work was completed, paid and warrantied as of 4/3/2015. in 2016 my husband and I noticed a tiny stain on our garage ceiling. searched thru the upstairs of our house to see if there was a leaking pipe or anything to cause it. Over time more stains showed up and we realized it was more associated with rainy weather. In August 2017 I contacted (***)this company to inspect the roof. *** sent workers out to make the repairs. I then forwarded pictures of the garage ceiling, inside storage room and wall damage and inquired about repair and treatment of any mold. *** said he would have Eddie give me a call. we agreed to let the repair sit for a few rains to ensure the leak was fixed. On September 1 I forwarded a txt and pics (after a rainy day) to *** to let him know the leak was worse. He said he was not convinced it was the roof. Other employees have come out and worked on the roof and viewed the damage but none have returned to repair the damages. I have been in contact with this company as late as January 2018 and have had no resolution to the damage caused to my house. This company owns the warranty on my roof and siding and gutters so I cant turn to anyone else for help with this. This company was paid in full by my insurance and by myself for additional work I trusted them to so I don't understand why they wont honor their work. There have been many texts back and forth and its been made clear that they never had any intention of honoring their word.
