Service was great while getting the contract...came and gave us an estimate and once the contract was signed was told the work would be completed in about weeks and it would take 2-days to complete the job Four weeks later they showed up to put my posts in the ground (on a Monday) we did not see any workers again until FridayAt that time we were told that some posts were put in the wrong places and they would have to be moved, so they did that and put up a few of the stringersThen they said they would be back the next morning, well they showed up around noon on SaturdayPut the rest of the stringers up and started with the pickets....well again the job was not finished that day and we are told again a post is in the wrong spot and will have to be moved...so they said they would come back the next day (Sunday) first thing to finish it upAgain, around noon they come to the house and start "working"Somehow they are here all day (to do not even 1/of a fence finished)...bu

In April of I had a fence installed by this companyAbout months later I could tell the drive gate was sagging and the hardware had fallen out of the single gate, so I sent them an emailThey replied to me that because they were so far away they would come when it was convienient to them! months later I had not heard from them and sent them another emailThey finally came on a day I was not at home and replaced the gate completleyI assumed they could fix or reinforce it but evidently not, which was unfortunate because the fence was already stainedThe day the new gate was put in I came home and took pictures because it looked terribleThis company uses chainsaws to do all their fencing cuts, the fence gate did not ligh up there were nails sticking out and it would not open all the way because it was already dragging on the groundI sent the pictures to the company and asked if the owner himself could come take a look at what I was seeingWe scheduled a time and Ken came the day before our appointment when I was not at homeI got an email back stating that they would have to use buckles or make it a single gateThey also told me that stain was not sealerI purchased Behr stain/sealer at $a gallonThey are looking for a reason for why the fence looks like crap, but it is not my faultI don't know if they are not using treated wood or what but I treated the fence within a month but it is twisting and cracking all overThat is besides the point, The point is that I have not heard from them again in over a monthIt has been a year and months since the fence was first installed and I'm still waiting for it to be finishedThis company has no customer service and do not install fencing as professionals considering they cannot install a drive gate correctly after attempts
