We called the customer and gave her two choices: (1) We can provide you a refund and she return the van to us; or (2) Find a van that Mid Town has the title on handShe chose another van on 4/8/ The customer was satisfied since she received a better van Nissan Quest van which was better than the first van

The business called to say they faxed a response to us on 03/30/but it was not in the file. They will fax the response to us again today

which is 7 to 10 business days. I called Jefferson City on the 24 of March and they said no one ever sent any information to get out the title. The last person to get this title was back in 2007. I paid cash money for this vehicle. I want a refund. Now the engine light is on. I do not want this car. Sincerely,
