I contracted Mid Town Maintenance & Repair to replace a factory defective onyx shower pan in our master bathFrom the first time I spoke to them, the owner was very rude, and said "I must be having a bad day", so I told him, if he had a problem doing the job, just leave and I will find someone else, but I did not need someone with a bad attitude
Well, he said he would do the job, and we finally got it completed, even though his son said they would put a new shutoff valve to the toilet as the old was stuck, and then it was not replaced, but would charge me $to come back out to do that, I said I couldn't afford that right nowShortly after the pan was installed and the shower door was re-installed, water started leaking under shower door trackI contacted them and was told several days before that they would be out on Monday the of February at 7:sharp but did not get here until 8:and the guys were not very friendlyI showed him where I thought it was leaking and he looked at me and said "well what do you want me to do about it"? I told him I just wanted it fixed correctly this time, I was a bit put out by his words, so I left him to do the workThey went to their truck a few times, I guess for materials, so I thought nothing of itAfter about minutes, I thought it had been pretty quiet for some time, so I went to check on the job, only to find nobody even in the house, so I checked and their truck was gone, I guess the last time they went to their truck, they just left, without telling me, THE CUSTOMER, what they had done, or even if it was done VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!
I would never refer this company to anyone, they started with an attitude, and left with an attitude, and acted very irresponsibly with my project, and unprofessional!!!

Jerry and his guys are excellent. A very smart, honest, fair, and trustworthy contractor. His prices are reasonable and he does the job right the first time. Highly recommended for any home repairs, remodels, or make ready services.
