Mr***This letter is in response to the letter we received on January 20th 2015.As you will see by the attached invoices we did perform the service work at this site on the dates on the attached invoices.As this is not one of our regular customers they are C.O.D.*** did call me and said he still
had the same problem on dispenser & I stopped by the site and checked the dispenser and told him that we did not replace the control board in dispenser & $ that we had replaced the board in dispenser & 2.I told him that I would send a technician back, but that if it was a different problem he would be billedHe stated that he had already paid and that it should be taken care ofI told him that if it was a warranty issue it would be covered, parts onlyHe insisted that he would not pay for the service.If *** would like to hire a different service company to resolve the problem with dispenser & 4, I will reimburse him for that part only.Thank youSincerely*** ***

I am rejecting this response because: One question to Mr***He charged me $for doing what? I called Mr*** for calibration, he changed valves, charge me $130.00 and said problem is fixed but when inspector came he found out that nothing is fixed and problem is still thereI called Mr*** but he refuse to come back without new moneythan I called different company they changed meters and they were surprise that why would somechange valves because calibration problem is always related to metersso, it means Mr*** charged me for doing nothing.Same thing with second problem Mr*** change wrong parts and charge me for it and if problem is still there than Mr*** wants new money for coming overI also have doubt that Mr*** never changed any part in any problem if he did than it was bad parts recovered from other gas stations. I just want my money back in full because Mr*** never fixed my any problem and got full money from menow I had to call different company and they going to fix problemsMr*** should reimburse me in full of $and he should be great full to me because I am not taking more step for wasting my important month. As the work orders and invoices indicate we made repairs on dispenser & not & 4.The invoice also indicates the parts were remanufactured As for another service company replacing meters to correct the stop short problem it would have no effectIf it corrected the calibration problem we only charged him for hours labor on invoice #***As I have indicated in all my respones to Mr*** chooses to have a different company do repairs on dispenser # & which we worked on and they replaced any parts that were furnished by companyHe would be reimbursed for those parts only when they are return to Mid Valley Consulting, as they would be under warranty.If the original problems were never resolved, why did Mr*** pay the invoices and then wait for months to complainMr*** seems to be wanting something for nothing.This will be my last response to Mr*** in this matterIf he wants to continue to threaten me over this matter, he is welcome to take me to small claims court and we can let a judge decide.Thank you*** ***

I am rejecting this response because: I paid Mr*** because I don't cheat people like Mr*** did to meMr*** did came for work but he never finish it and when he gets his payment he don't return for same work even though his work was not a good job doneAnd reason it took months because Mr*** was wasting my time when ever I call him for his bad work he's like I will be there next week-next Monday-next Wednesday but he never show upThe best idea is small claim court like Mr*** said or Mr*** can return me atleast my $in one month from todays date to close this matter.thanking you,small business owner,*** ***
