Review: We had a annual inspection from Butte county Department of weights & measures on 6-11-14. In inspection inspector found that we are giving away fuel alil too much so inspector(Mr. [redacted]) told us to calibrate some pumps ASAP. So we called Mid valley consulting (mr.[redacted] (ownwer)) for 2 things 1 was calibration and 2nd was pumps shutting before preset price repair they came after couple days from inspection. Mid valley consulting charge us $130.00 for calibration and $1239.38 for 2nd problem(we paid all in full right away). Than we called inspector for inspection. Inspector said problem is still there and second problem was also still there. Inspector gave us alil more time to fix it properly. I called mr. [redacted] again about all this but mid valley consulting ([redacted]) never came back and didn't even answer our calls. And we were unable to call any different company because we already paid in full to mid valley consulting for all repair. On 10-28-14 inspector came back again and he red tag us for not completing work and it was already 4months passed. we were unable sell fuel from some pumps and we had only 30days to fix it. So, we called different company( Hancock petroleum) right away to do the calibration. They fixed it properly right away. we cleared our inspection and red tag on 11-6-14. Now my second problem is still there WE kept calling and texting to Mr.[redacted] but he is not willing to come or refund our money. He wants us to forget about what we paid him ($1369.38). This is not a fair business from Mr.[redacted]. He lied, never finish his work and charges us for doing nothing. I request you (Revdex.com) to contact Butte county inspector mr. [redacted] (###-###-####) about mid valley consulting. I hope mr. [redacted] will also tell the same about mr. [redacted]. And mr. [redacted](county inspector) also suggested me to call some1 else if mr. [redacted] is not competing his work. BUT WHAT ABOUT MY MONEY THAT I PAID TO MR.[redacted]??Desired Settlement: Mr. [redacted] didn't do his work and he came over to make us fool and waste our time. please tell Mr. [redacted] to REFUND our full money of $1369.38 because he didn't do anything.

Mr. [redacted]This letter is in response to the letter we received on January 20th 2015.As you will see by the attached invoices we did perform the service work at this site on the dates on the attached invoices.As this is not one of our regular customers they are C.O.D.[redacted] did call me and said he still had the same problem on dispenser 3 & 4. I stopped by the site and checked the dispenser and told him that we did not replace the control board in dispenser 3 & $ that we had replaced the board in dispenser 1 & 2.I told him that I would send a technician back, but that if it was a different problem he would be billed. He stated that he had already paid and that it should be taken care of. I told him that if it was a warranty issue it would be covered, parts only. He insisted that he would not pay for the service.If [redacted] would like to hire a different service company to resolve the problem with dispenser 3 & 4, I will reimburse him for that part only.Thank youSincerely[redacted]

I am rejecting this response because: One question to Mr. [redacted]. He charged me $1369.38 for doing what? I called Mr. [redacted] for calibration, he changed valves, charge me $130.00 and said problem is fixed but when inspector came he found out that nothing is fixed and problem is still there. I called Mr. [redacted] but he refuse to come back without new money. than I called different company they changed meters and they were surprise that why would some1 change valves because calibration problem is always related to meters. so, it means Mr. [redacted] charged me for doing nothing.Same thing with second problem Mr. [redacted] change wrong parts and charge me for it and if problem is still there than Mr. [redacted] wants new money for coming over. I also have doubt that Mr. [redacted] never changed any part in any problem if he did than it was bad parts recovered from other gas stations. I just want my money back in full because Mr. [redacted] never fixed my any problem and got full money from me. now I had to call different company and they going to fix problems. Mr. [redacted] should reimburse me in full of $1369.38 and he should be great full to me because I am not taking more step for wasting my important month. Thanking you,[redacted].

As the work orders and invoices indicate we made repairs on dispenser 1 & 2 not 3 & 4.The invoice also indicates the parts were remanufactured. As for another service company replacing meters to correct the stop short problem it would have no effect. If it corrected the calibration problem we only charged him for 2 hours labor on invoice #[redacted]. As I have indicated in all my respones to Mr. [redacted] chooses to have a different company do repairs on dispenser # 1 & 2 which we worked on and they replaced any parts that were furnished by company. He would be reimbursed for those parts only when they are return to Mid Valley Consulting, as they would be under warranty.If the original problems were never resolved, why did Mr. [redacted] pay the invoices and then wait for 5 months to complain. Mr. [redacted] seems to be wanting something for nothing.This will be my last response to Mr. [redacted] in this matter. If he wants to continue to threaten me over this matter, he is welcome to take me to small claims court and we can let a judge decide.Thank you[redacted]

I am rejecting this response because: I paid Mr. [redacted] because I don't cheat people like Mr. [redacted] did to me. Mr. [redacted] did came for work but he never finish it and when he gets his payment he don't return for same work even though his work was not a good job done. And reason it took 5 months because Mr. [redacted] was wasting my time when ever I call him for his bad work he's like I will be there next week-next Monday-next Wednesday but he never show up. The best idea is small claim court like Mr. [redacted] said or Mr. [redacted] can return me atleast my $1000.00 in one month from todays date to close this matter.thanking you,small business owner,[redacted].
