I have not heard from the business - nothing. Have not received anything.
The guy that stopped by our business today smelt of alcohol, had bloodshot eyes, and was shaking. When I call the phone number its disconnected-he had me write my check out directly to him. I'm so confused. Is this some sort of scam?

Our drivers are Independent Contractors and they do occur service fees on checks and credit cards so it is not out of the norm for them to go cash checks to save on those fees.
We are frozen food delivery service. On occasion we do go business to business, home to home, to offer discounts on our products to build up our routes in particular areas in the state. If you could provide me with the divers name I ill definitely get to the bottom of this. We do not want anybody to represent our company in this manor.

This is the WORST beef we have ever eaten. I even question if it is beef. Beware!! Don't get scammed.
I purchased steak from this company that said it was from Pipestone Minnesota. after further inspection and mis leading from the box it is not from MN. Then I researched the address on the box and it says Illinois but when I research them, Gorumet Express they are out of Canada and I contacted them and they do not do business within the US do now unsure of where my meat came from and wanted to talk to the company do called the # on invoice and no answer and unable to leave message as mailbox is full and website is not in service. False information given and not sure how to proceed or to use the meat myself.

We have responded to Mrs., picked up our product, and issued a cash refund.
Mrs. did send us a letter with written notice of her three day buyers right to cancel.
I'm not sure why she could not get to our voice mail, it was not full. Three days later she was able to return our call and leave a message.
Our web site was down for a couple of days in the process of renewing our domain.
We do purchase products within Minnesota, this particular product is processed and packaged in Illinois from Stampede, ***. It is distributed by Gourmet Express Marketing, ***. We deliver the products across the state of Minnesota and into Wisconsin, Iowa, North & South Dakota.
I believe the Gourmet Express LTD Mrs. looked up in Canada is not the company we do business with. It was a mis-understanding, but we do honor our "Three Day Buyers Right to Cancel," and Mrs. has been taken care of.

Pipestone Delivers Mid-West Best
We have attempted to contact this company regarding the purchase we made. We were told the owner Jason Klatte would be calling and that was 3 weeks ago. We are still waiting. The product is not edible even for non-humans. DON'T ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!
We have been in contact with this customer. Our guarantee is for taste, tenderness, and freezer burn. The process of exchanging product at times due to availability can take some time. We try to collaborate exchanges with orders in different regions on the State to cut down on drive time and expense. We have since then made it out to this particular customers house and picked up the unsatisfactory product and exchanged for new product.
