Total roofing was contracted to perform work on my residentsThe company sent out a sales associate that promised alot of work to be done and temporary fix some leaks in my roofThe sales associate failed to teporary fix the leaks promised alot of work to be done and promised work to be started with in a couple of weeksI repeatedly called the company and was told I would get a call back and this failed to happen and continued for about cmonthsWhen I finally got ahold of somebody they failed to hold up to the contract that was discussed with their sales associate and transfered me to another personAfter discussing with another employee of this company the stated things needed to be re-done and transfered me to yet another employeeAfter discussing the job with this new employee we came up with an agreement and agreed upon a start dateWhen this company had the materials delivered I received damaged materials and the delivery company damaged my landscapeing by stocking materials on top of plants in frront of houseWhen I notified the company of the issue the company had sent out yet another person for me to deal with and I was told that this was unacceptable they would replace the damaged materials but as far as the damaged landscaping they didn't know what to tell meThe work was then not started on the agreed upon start date and timeafter waiting around for the crew to show up and calling the company I finally received a call several hours later telling me that the work could not be started as agreedOnce the work did get started I was informed that the company was going to give me an additional discount for the troubles I have gone throughOnce I received the bill this promise was failed to be upheldThis company can not hold up to promises made to it's customers and are not punctual to their times stated for arriving at the job site and beginning the job on the agreed upon start times

They were fast, clean very courteous. They dealt with my insurance company, which was super helpful. Within a week of having our new roof, a neighbor came to our door to say he'd been looking for our exact color and had seen how quickly it had been installed.

The priject manager promised the crew would fix thearea where oe of the gutterss wad leaking. It took over two years to finally get some response from this company. Many phone calls and many unkept promises were the norm. The customer service they advertise on TV and the radio is no where near what they promise. We give them a low grade as does our insurance company.
