We sold a used soda machine to [redacted]. We test our equipment before it sells that why we offer a 30 day warrenty on certain items. Technically we do not even offer warrenties. I knew this used machine was working so I had no problem...

offering one. For repair within 30 days if stops working. Not for a refund. It is clear on our recipt that she signed. Never was she told we have a corporate office, we are a small business. She said the machine is not what she wanted two weeks after purchase. They told me they had a couple weekend festivals coming up and it seemed to me they used it for what they needed and wanted to try to return it. They brought the machine back I had it checked it worked fine. because they then said it wasnt working changing their story from it was not what they wanted. She said walmart would return it. I shared we are not [redacted] Used equipment is regularly sold as is this is used equipment and is very standard practice in the used equipment industry. At the end of the day they brought it back. They can pick it up and have it back. They just need to schedule an appoinment and its all theirs. The only other option I can give is we can relist it for sale and once it sells I can send them a check for the sale price to try and keep everyone happy. Attached is a copy of the receipt.

I have read the attached response from the company is everything he is saying is very false. We were not able to use the machine after two weeks of purchasing the machine. We bought soda cans and used for the events which occurred on September 13 and September 20-21. We bought the machine on August !6th and called him August 29th to report defect. He told us to bring it in and get a refund. We returned the machine on Labor day Sept 1st. When we got there we waited 4hrs in his office before he showed up. He told us before we bought machine we could bring it if it didn't work for us and that he couldn't test it in our presence before selling it to us. That day he even had no idea how the machine worked and was giving us the excuse that his technician knows how to work it. There were two machines there and he tried selling the other one to use but there was no key on it to operate it. Also since we were asking him a lot of questions about the machine, that was the reason why he ended up telling us that he willget it if it didn't ran. When we returned the machine, he told us he will he will try and fix it and will let us come and see for ourselves. He sent us a 10sec video of a machine that was just sitting there and was not operational. So we told him we could come there from wisconsin and take a look at it then we could take it. Suddenly, he gave us another excuse saying some guy has the machine and that he couldn't test it at his location and that the guy wouldn't answer his phone calls. So he did everything to prevent us from coming there. Then about two days later I called him and he said he will send us the check if he doesn't hear from the guy. We contacted him again after a week to find out if he mailed check. First he said coorperate mailed it on monday night that was September 22nd. After a week I didn't receive any check and I called him again and he said coorperate mailed it tuesday night. I asked him again are you very sure about what you are saying because your statements are very inconsistent. I waited for 3 whole weeks no check showed up then I called him and he said he will call coorperate to find out if check was cashed. I knew he would come back and tell me it wasn't cashed. And that was exactly what he said and that they had cancelled check. Then I ask him why he doesn't want me to drive there and pick up check.He said he will try and re-issue it. I knew he didn't mail any check. And also he is telling lies about not giving refunds because the tank of $20 he sold to us that had expired, was returned and he gave our money back that labor day. But he didn't want to part with the $450 which is a larger amount. He also has never picked up the phone to call us to discuss this issue or told us to come and test the machine then we can take it. He never suggested that. He doesn't have the money and wants to sell it to another person then he can give us the money. We don't trust this man at all and all we need back is our money. We drove two hours to buy something that didn't work and he refused to test it infront of us before buying. He also demanded we pay him cash and gave us an excuse that he couldn't find card reader. I now see that that was a plan. I hope this can be resolved somehow.thanks
