I called and left a message at 8am today Someone called me back by 9:15am to check my availability We arranged for the service man to call me and I would meet him at my home on my lunch When I got to my home, the service man had already assessed the problem and had begun snaking out the clog It took less than an hour, and I made it back to work on time He was polite and knowledgeable and seemed genuinely kind I appreciate good customer service and a great product, and you guys are top notch! Thank you!
What are you going to do when your plumbing is backing up, call Action Sewer! They were able to schedule an appointment the next day Arrived on time, clean, courteous, explained the problem and fixed it The cost was reasonable, less expensive than another company I used in the past for similar problem
Action sewer does a great job! The staff is courteous and they do their very best to handle our emergency issues as soon as possibleThey always do a thorough job and the prices are very reasonableI never have to worry about being overcharged for servicesThey are honest and do not try to sell you anything that isn't neededI would recommend Action Sewer again and again
When scheduling visit for sewer clean out I was not advised that make sure you know where your clean out isI thought they were all standard in a specific areaI though there were codes and reygulations to where it would be
Service person came and I had to go out and try to look for access in snow Could not find and was told there would be a $fee for coming out They would be out the next day and access through roof which would be a lot more I thought unfair being I was not asked if I knew where clean out was or to be sure to know where it was and then get billed Tried to call office, rang 3x's then line went busy "OWNER" called my home.....was very loud, rude and abrupt and definitely not "Christian Behavior" as what they advertise on *** *** ** Channel here in Toledo After being verbally shouted at he said the fee would be dropped and they would not come back! There is more but I would definitely think twice before calling them Once I find my clean out I definitely will never forget where it is Thank You Action Sewer for your Christian Like Service

I CONTACTED THIS CO. ACTION SEWER BECAUSE I SAW THE AD ON THE CHRISTIAN STATION...
BEFORE THE APPT, I CALLED AND WAS CONCERNED ABOUT KEEPING MY HOME, AND CARPET CLEANED, AND INQUIRED ABOUT BOOTIES TO COVER THEIR SHOES. [redacted] SAID OK ...SHE WOULD TELL HIM MY WISHES.
HE SHOWES UP...DIRTY BUCKET INSIDE AND OUTSIDE OF BUCKET. INSIDE OF THE BUCKET WAS A PLUNGER, AND SOME COVER ITEM THAT WENT OVER HIS BOOTS. WHYHE WOULD PUT THOSE ITEMS TOGETHER IN A POOPY BUCKET IS BEYONG ME. HE COULD NOT UNDERSTAND HOW I THOUGHT THAT WAS FILTHY. I WORK IN HEALTH CARE AND WOULD NEVEER BRING ITEMS LIKE THAT INTO ANYONES HOME!!!!!! NOT ACCEPTABLE...I SAID I AM GOING TO PASS ON THIS TODAY.
