car to one of our other stores rather than calling the store manager at the Peru location where it happened. When I did notify the Peru store manager, he called her and asked her to come in so we could check it (less than a week after the incident) and she still has not come in to the store. If we did accidentally damage her set, it was unknowingly and not intential. The complaint could have been avoided if she would have returned to the store and talked to the store manager. It is unfair that she posted on Yelp and Revdex.com rather than coming in and letting us resolve the problem.
