Recently came in for a brake job (rear pads/rotors)While they had my car, they broke my Headlight Switch because they claimed they didn't think the lights would shut off even AFTER I told the manager/desk clerk they would and AFTER we both saw the lights shut off at the same timeGuess he didn't pass the info alongThey proceeded to try and charge $to fix THEIR mistakeHaving never worked on cars myself previously, I decided to take a whack at replacing the Headlight Switch myselfResult? Only minutes of my time and $Sad they wanted to over charge so much for something THEY broke and weren't supposed to fiddle with in the first place Moving along Brakes still made an odd "reverb" soundTook my car into another automotive lot to find out the pins on one of the brake pads where work was just done by Midas were put in backwardsUnfortunately another family member had similar happen to her in the past at this same location; leads me to believe someone on staff here doesn't know how to properly put on brake pads, which is fairly pathetic for a Midas (or any automotive repair shop for that matter) I was told afterward by the manager that I should have brought it back and mistakes do happen; "they are only human"Rightfully so, I didn't trust to bring my car back in fear another random part (such as my headlight switch) would have been damaged, nor do I trust a brake repair shop that can't properly install rotors Don't trust these guys with your car for any reasonSave your time and money and go elsewhere
