Why would anyone leave his car to be serviced by a shop whose service manager has just treated him totally without respect and lied to him?
This shop took my appointment and then refused to do the service that was requested
There was no "honest mistake" hereIt was a blatant attempt to change the rules on an offernot to mention that a 72-year-old gentleman had to ride across town in severe winter weather in order to keep his appointment and then was denied service

we at midas take pride in our work and we have a very detailed way on the way we do our oil changeswhen the truck was done and it left it had no leaks and had the proper oil level of oilwhen customer returned to the shop she drove it in and there was no sign of any
leaks or signs that oil was not at proper level we showed her husband the very detailed way on how we perform our oil changes customer drove truck when she came in and when she left a truck with no oil would not be drivable no signs of low oil or no signs of engine light on

Because they claimed that they replaced the front brake lines and like I stated they did not replace them. When I took my van to a different mechanic to have the front brake lines done I was informed from the mechanic that the back brake lines were replaced but not the front ones. If the front brake lines were replaced in April of 2014 I would not have to have them repaced in less then one year.

I still believe I was charged by Midas for front brake lines and I am not going to let this rest until I get a refund of some sort. They gentleman told me he was going to have to replace the front and back brake lines now they are stating they did not charge me I believe they did. And they did not change the front but charged me anyways.

customer was told to bring car back so we can look at it  cant fix the car over the phone or thru Revdex.com complaints  we have gone above and beyond to help [redacted] by giving her parts for free and also discounting the labor please stop sending me emails about this

Will not refund half the money back. [redacted] was invited back for us to fix her problem and she has not come back in midas went above and beyond to try to help her
