The vehicle key fob remained in the customer car during the entire tire repair process.  The customer removed the car from the Midas parking lot prior to the repair process being completed.

front office and handed to the customer.  If the Midas process was followed, there would not be a misplaced key fob issue.  Therefore, Midas Bowling Green Shop is not responsible.
Customer appointments have priority over customer drop off vehicles.  This particular customer car was a drop off vehicle. The tire repair was completed in a reasonable time period.
Midas management is unsure if the tire repaired had a quality issue since we did no evaluate the tire following the complaint.  Midas refunded the customer.
The Midas Bowling Green shop has been in business for over 38 years and prides itself on trustworthy service.  We handle a high volume of cars with no key loss issues and minimal service issues.
