I sought services from this law firm that I did not qualify This information is fine, however; It is unfortunate with all the support you claim to give, the staff you employ are rude During my evaluation/phone consultation, I felt the credit counselor was very combative and not empathetic at all Financial problems and burdens are a very sensitive subject and vulnerable position to be in This law office sends emails with videos on how sensitive and caring they are and the credit counselor came off very rude That is not how you gain trust
